  • US inbound customs & ISF filing (Long Beach / Houston)
  • Receiving, transload and inspection in Laredo, TX
  • Tariff classification, pedimento and NOM labeling
  • All Mexican duties and taxes (IGI, IVA, DTA)
  • Freight from Laredo to CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Toluca, Puebla, San Luis Potosí, Torreón, Matehuala and all major corridors

Not included

  • US domestic freight (port → Laredo) — you arrange it, we receive it
  • Inspections requested by other agencies (SAGARPA, COFEPRIS, etc.) and any additional services — quoted separately

How it works

  1. Send us your commercial invoice. We confirm which program applies and answer any questions.

  2. Sign the agreement and wire the payment. US service, US entity, USD. 100% prepaid.

  3. Send us your shipping documents. We file the ISF with US Customs before your container is loaded.

  4. Ship to Laredo. We receive, clear, label and deliver — within 96 business hours.

Optional performance bond

$300 per container. 100% of your invoice value, guaranteed.

Add a performance bond to any shipment. If ENCARGO fails to deliver your goods under the agreement, the bond pays you the full invoice value of the shipment. Issued and backed by an independent third party — not by us.

Covers delivery of the goods under the agreement. Does not cover theft, loss in transit or force majeure. Full terms in the agreement.

FAQ

Do I need a Mexican company, RFC or import license?

No. ENCARGO imports under its own licensed Mexican trading company. You ship, we import.

Are Mexican taxes really included?

Yes. IGI (duties), IVA and DTA are included in the flat price. Special duties on specific products, if any, are confirmed when we review your invoice — before you pay.

Which container sizes?

20', 40' and 40'HQ at the same flat price. Full containers only; no LCL.

What about NOM labeling?

Included. We label in Laredo before the goods cross.

Where do you deliver?

Mexico City and all major corridors: Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Toluca, Puebla, San Luis Potosí, Torreón, Matehuala. Ask us about other destinations.

When does the 96-hour clock start?

When your container arrives in Laredo and your payment is confirmed, whichever is later.

How do I pay?

Wire transfer in USD to our US entity, 100% in advance, after signing the agreement.

Who handles freight from the US port to Laredo?

You or your forwarder. We receive it in Laredo. We can recommend carriers.

What don't you handle?

Chemicals and counterfeit goods, under any program.
